Old Colewood Farmhouse dates back to 1432AD and together with the outbuildings it has a definite link with early Anglo-Saxon times. The photographs below were taken in the early 20th century when part of the farmhouse was used as a Tea Room possibly rivalling that at nearby Chestfield.
However in 2006 Old Colewood Farmhouse was converted into a series of comfortable living accommodation.
